Orders and Shipping

We ship worldwide for FREE! Delivery times are 5-20 days worldwide depending on where you live. However, we make sure you can track your order for extra peace of mind. More information is available in the Shipping and Delivery section.

Our company is based in United Kingdom. We deliver our products directly from our suppliers located in Asia and Europe.

Your packages are delivered by the responsible local post office.

You can use the Track My Order section on our website or any other tracking website and use your personal tracking code provided with your order once it is shipped.

Our items will be left in your mailbox whenever possible. Otherwise, your package will be dropped off at your post office where you can pick it up.

If your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once the order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

We work with several manufacturers, when you place an order, each manufacturer deals with a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster than others). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in one package.

Returns and Exchanges

UooneeQ™ comes a 30-day return policy. If the product does not perform as described or has an error or defect, you will have the option to ask for an exchange or return within 30 days of your original purchase.

If you do not have a positive experience for any reason, we will do everything we can to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. See the Warranty page for more details.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We’re confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return – please contact our support team at support@uooneeq.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. 

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message and we’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@uooneeq.com

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Payment

This site is 100% secure, and here’s why: First of all, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little padlock on the left of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Moreover, many sites only secure their shopping carts and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, all pages are secure and therefore cannot be targeted by malware or hackers. Finally, we use Stripe, which is a reference in terms of security for Internet transactions.

You can currently pay by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or payments on receipt.

 

It is very rare that our customers have to pay for an import tax or customs fee but being that we ship worldwide we are not responsible for any fees that your country imposes on importing packages. Please check with your local customs to see if there will be any fees if you are unsure. 

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

Though we highly encourage you to double-check colors, sizes, and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the next day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@uooneeq.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
